Applied Creativity Coaching
As professionals, we rely on our natural creativity to help us excel at work - from strategic planning to managing people and processes. No matter our profession or field of expertise, the balance of our creative 'right brain' and analytical 'left brain' is integral to our ability to learn, adapt, and succeed. Applied Creativity Coaching - a form of Executive Coaching - is an interactive process that helps professionals more fully develop their natural 'right brain' potential - with the goal of developing or strengthening traits associates with the creative-productive mind (i.e. divergent thought, non-linear problem solving, and intuitive resolutions).

The process integrates traditional executive coaching with creative-centric activities and exercises based on the RightBrain@Work program.

The focus of the coaching process is determined by the client. It can be specific to a particular issue, or take on a broader scope. The process begins with goal setting and the establishment of a timeframe to accomplish the client's objectives.
