Associates, Inc. offers VentureForward,
a unique business development program for startup and emerging companies
seeking seed capital and early-stages of venture financing. The
program is unique in that it focuses on maximizing the opportunities
for capitalization; also, the majority of compensation is tied to
the success of actual funding.
The VentureForward
program is a non-exclusive arrangement. The client retains the
option to pursue additional or alternative sources of financing
on their own.
VentureForward
provides:
- an objective evaluation
of the client's business plan with a focus on clarity of mission,
strategic assumptions, markets, competitive differentiation, the
brand, operations, valuation, financial forecasts, and ROI
- a "devil's advocate"
strategy session, where Robert Lynch assumes the role of a critical
investor, challenging the management team
to defend their business model, assumptions, valuation, and offer
- (if required)
editing or refocusing the Plan to maximize investor interest and
funding opportunities
- a
review of the corporate identity, including the company name,
logo, url, and other issues related to the visual brand; and if
required, provides design or rework of the logo, recommendations
regarding the company URL, and related services
- presentation coaching
to maximize the impact, clarity, and effectiveness of the investor
presentation

identification
of potential financing sources, including angel investors, venture
capital firms, strategic partners, grant sources, and others
At the discretion
of Robert Lynch & Associates, Inc, VentureForward
may also provide:
- directly promoting
a client's venture to potential financing sources
- facilitation of
investor meetings
